Mystiquity

I stood there, my hands sifting through the ashes that were previously my home. Finally, I was free. My death was a painful one. Even then I could feel the flames licking at my feet, climbing my legs and up my body – until every inch of me was covered with the inferno. Perhaps you would have been scared? For me, all I felt was relief. For many a year my torture had not ceased – locked away in what is now ashes, but was before my home, my prison and my saviour. Now was my time to explore, to travel the world. God knows, after my solitary existence in such a confined space, that privilege is the least I deserve. I finally feel strong

This world is my place, my home, Friends and families, Birds and trees, Such a wonderful place, A place of dreams. This world is my place, my home, Guns, crime, Stolen time, Such a terrible place, A place that’s mine.
